Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with 24-hours’ notice if you are going to miss an appointment.
Missed Appointment Fee
No charge if an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For appointments cancelled after 24-hours, first occurrence $50 dollars, subsequent cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at a rate of $100 dollars.
